There are a few steps to join WCARES.
Fill out the following spreadsheet and email it to Jim Ashby <firstname.lastname@example.org>.
Fill out the Washington County Emergency Srvs Application required by Pete Kuhlmann – Washington County Emergency Manager to have you covered under Washington County liability insurance on any official WCARES activity, event or emergency call out. This process includes a background check.

Fill out the IHC/DRMC Confidentiality Agreement and email to Steve Ikuta <email@example.com>
Complete FEMA Online Courses ics 100,ics 200,ics 700, & ics 800 at the link below.
Once you have completed the FEMA training courses and are approved by the Washington County Emergency Services you will need to take your course certificates to LeeAnn Burton, at the Washington County Emergency Services Office at 197 E. Tabernalce St., St George, UT 84770 and you will be issued a Blue Card that will allow you access to the EOC during an emergency incident.
